Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business from a reputed UGC approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Grow the rising business segment of capital market services which include security-custodial services;
∎ Book new-to-bank and new-to-segment NITA, IPO, Mutual Fund, etc. accounts of the preferred client types of the division;
∎ Achieve business objectives promptly;
∎ Regularly seek client's feedback, review them, and propose the development of digital channels for the bank by incorporating such market feedback;
∎ Ensure maximum usage of digital solutions of the bank;
∎ Ensure target growth in average deposit balance in the relationship accounts;
∎ Keep portfolio and operating costs as per the stated objective;
∎ Ensure compliance with all internal and external banking and relevant regulatory rules and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar field in a reputed bank, brokerage house, merchant bank will be preferred;
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
∎ Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines;
∎ Conceptual understanding of different kinds of existing capital market products and solutions;
∎ Sound understanding of existing digital banking platforms & tools
∎ Excellent in both Bangla and English;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
