Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of newly designed TARA products across all channels
∎ Developing MIS for TARA portfolio
∎ Development of Marketing plans and Managing the TARA App and TARA Facebook Page
∎ Training of branch and sales staff on newly designed products
∎ Planning and execution of events under this initiative
∎ Develop communication materials for customer and stakeholders
∎ Managing all marketing materials for the events
∎ Work with Trainer to develop curriculum, delivery process and event
∎ Ensure partnerships with Women related brands
∎ Work with Merchant acquiring team to ensure partnership offer and validity
∎ Ensure Merchant promotion materials development with Marketing
∎ Manage customer query related to product, offerings, tie-ups and branches
∎ Manage complaint from stakeholders and response in due time
∎ Work with Finance team to prepare regular MIS
∎ Prepare presentation for different events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum experience of 2 years in Marketing/ Promotional Strategy/MIS preferably from Financial Institutions /Bank/ Telecom Industry
∎ Possess strong business analytical skills
∎ Demonstrate excellent presentation skills
∎ Effective communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Sound knowledge on managing Mobile Applications will be preferred
