Experience:
Minimum Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from a reputed university
3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
Age at most 40 years
Experience on RBS related activities (Operational arrangements, Supervisory engagement and Regulatory Reporting etc.) will get preference.
Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in risk reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure.
Knowledge of business continuity planning and crisis management is a plus.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing risk landscapes.
Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.
Identifying gaps/risk by using various risk management tools e.g. KRI, Thematic risk review, regulatory risk review, forward looking risk discussion, risk control review.
Having sound practical knowledge on risk Management reporting e.g. Stress Testing, BASEL, ICAAP, CRMR, recovery plan among others.
Coordinating Executive Risk Management Committee (ERMC)
Liaison with different stakeholders for risk information, risk decision and risk remediation.
Identifying and managing risks in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders of the bank and prepare a risk pack and facilitate the risk forum.
Identify and develop a Risk Ownership culture across the board.
Facilitate to share of the best risk management practices across the organization.
Assist the Divisional Head in conducting risk-based awareness sessions, workshops & training for existing staff & new joiners, including team members.
Take the initiative upfront to complete the review of an existing policy, PPG, and Process manual from the respective ownership side.
Review the policies, process and provide feedback on time on risk aspect.
Prepare risk paper on new policy/process notes or any other issue assigned by the Divisional Head
Coordinate with other departments to prepare functional specifications with regards to risk control and monitoring.
Initiate and coordinate process development or any kind of automation to enhance efficiency within the team.
Provide overall support in implementing and maintaining the Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) reporting framework as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
