∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for a number-driven, digitally savvy, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Technology Division:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop algorithm, solution, and integration of biometric devices with financial applications;
∎ Develop microservice-based applications having integration with the Core Banking Solution;
∎ Develop API and integration with middleware and core banking;
∎ Develop and implement robotic-based solutions and independent mobile applications;
∎ Write quality, performant, and conceivable clean code;
∎ Understanding business requirements, specifically Banking/Financial business domain, and designing solutions based on those;
∎ Lead the IT and Digital technologies services team and coordinate the application portfolio with core banking;
∎ Ensure that the in-scope application stack is patched promptly and maintain compliance with internal and external regulations;
∎ Ensure system, application, and BAU support to relevant application stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the banking or digital financial service industry
∎ Sound knowledge in Software architecture design, development lifecycle, and methodology.
∎ Vast knowledge and experience in mobile application development platforms.
∎ Knowledge of integration with Fintech Applications (Core Banking, Agent Banking, Middleware, ERP, etc.)
∎ Experience in microservice-based development will add value
∎ Problem-solver, team player, proactive and passionate attitude
∎ Be customer-centric and self-propelled.
