Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed university from reputed university with satisfactory academic track record. Candidate having degree in CS/CSE/ECE/EEE/ETE or equivalent fields is preferred;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administration and development on Microsoft Exchange Server and M365 platform;
∎ Administration and development on Microsoft SharePoint platform;
∎ Windows server system bug fixing and troubleshooting;
∎ Windows Base File server and DFS server administration;
∎ Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration;
∎ SCCM report customization base on business requirement via Microsoft SQL report builder;
∎ Endpoint Protection administration;
∎ Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) administration;
∎ Proactively monitor systems health by physically inspecting environment and utilizing provided tools such as Microsoft System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) and Nagios;
∎ Implementation, administration and support of Windows Active Directory, user rights management, updates, patching and software installations via group policies (GPO), IIS;
∎ Patch Management through SCCM, including Server, Laptop/Desktop, ATM/CDM, Application Deployment;
∎ Deploy systems with respect to business application requirement;
∎ Ensure Efficiency and high availability of Intel-based servers;
∎ Monitor performance, troubleshoot intel hardware (including blade systems) and Operating Systems fault to ensure problem rectification;
∎ Ensure performance and high availability for major applications and services to minimize downtime and support for Hardware and Operating System.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;
∎ MCSA, MCSE or equivalent certification is preferable;
∎ Proactive, passionate and go getter attitude;
∎ Be an extrovert with good communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Good personal skills and understanding of the needs of other colleagues;
∎ Customer-centric, results-oriented, and self-propelled.
