Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfill all regulatory requirements for outward, airlines, and shipping remittance;
∎ Ensure surplus earnings of airlines and shipping clients are justified;
∎ All encashment certificate verification letters are issued and verified under proper tracking;
∎ Documentation checking and transaction verification as per Bangladesh Bank GFET;
∎ Attend customer and regulatory queries;
∎ Provide required information/reports to the treasury;
∎ Ensure timely delivery of standard service to the clients for maximum customer satisfaction;
∎ Correspondence with local banks, foreign banks, and freight forwarders;
∎ Provide required information to the senior management of the bank;
∎ Share knowledge from time to time to minimize the FX Risk;
∎ Update MIS and other activities;
∎ Initiative for process reentering and automation to reduce turnaround time;
∎ Update Monthly KPI Reports;
∎ Ensure monthly/quarterly regulatory reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-year experience in relevant work field;
∎ Sound knowledge of guidelines for foreign exchange transactions, different circulars, and acts;
∎ Data analytics and project management skills will be an added qualification;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills;
∎ Good communication skills (both written and spoken);
∎ Analytical and decision-making skills;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
