∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University. Post-graduation will be an added advantage with CGPA 3.00 ( out of 4)
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate from Agriculture University will be privileged
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the Financial Spread Sheet (FSS), Credit Risk Grading (CRG) and Credit Proposal (CP)/Memo of MFI customers for the purpose Board/Credit approval.
∎ Managing portfolio and maintaining relation with clients
∎ Coordinating and facilitating day-to-day transactions and banking services of MFI Clients
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly report to Bangladesh Bank as well as monthly report to District commissioner (DC) office for agriculture financing
∎ Monitoring MFIs and verifying agriculture borrowers at field level in different regions of Bangladesh once in every quarter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have at least 03 years relevant experience
∎ Sound knowledge in general banking, credit, Bangladesh Bank agriculture policy, etc
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, etc
∎ Strong analytical ability & leadership quality
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Good interpersonal & Communication skills
∎ Self -starter with drive & initiatives
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English
