∎ Masters/Bachelors degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all projects related to account services;
∎ Involve with different projects related to accounting services as and when assigned;
∎ Prepare regular and ad-hoc MIS as and when required;
∎ Timely execution of projects;
∎ Should be able to prepare test scripts and perform UAT;
∎ Active engagement for smooth deployment of automation and upgrade projects;
∎ Involvement in departmental automation projects;
∎ Communicate with internal business customers and other support units as required;
∎ Timely monitor and execution of team work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking Sector;
∎ Should have advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge;
∎ Minimum 2 years of working with Finacle (Core Banking Software) will be added advantage;
∎ Excellent computer literacy and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
∎ Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to understand regulators' requirements;
∎ Good proficiency in the English language;
∎ Analytical and decision-making skills;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines;
∎ Have a thorough understanding of regulatory circulars and directives;
∎ 360-degree understanding of processes and core banking system;
∎ Sound technical skills to automate the process continuously.
