Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential collaborative partners for women entrepreneur business development;
∎ Manage the whole collaboration project, from initiation to the launch;
∎ Coordinate and assist the Product team in designing new products;
∎ Conduct pilot for new collaborations and existing products to test their feasibility;
∎ Initiate different marketing activities to promote TARA Uddokta;
∎ Identify opportunities for branding or co-branding with renowned entities;
∎ Coordinate with internal stakeholders for taking necessary approvals for activities and projects;
∎ Manage the communication and marketing tools by coordinating with the marketing team;
∎ Communicate with stakeholders with reports and MIS of ongoing projects and their outcomes;
∎ Effectively manage stakeholders - both external and internal;
∎ Take initiatives to simplify the loan process to increase efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing/PR management/ Communication/project management/channel development;
∎ Proactive, problem solver, and positive attitude;
∎ Good command in presentation and analysis;
∎ Ability to work in a team;
∎ Customer centricity, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.
