Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in ongoing AML Transaction Monitoring through various exception reports such as Cash Transaction Report (CTR), Transaction Monitoring Reports for High Risk, PEP/IP & Govt. Officials' Accounts, Internet Banking Transaction Monitoring, Agent Banking Accounts' Transaction Monitoring, Border Area Branches' Transaction Monitoring, and Transaction Profile Breach Report;
∎ Assist in formulation and maintenance of Transaction Monitoring MIS and reporting to relevant forums;
∎ Assist in identifying suspicious transactions/activities (STR/SAR) while reviewing different transaction monitoring reports;
∎ Assist in communicating with relevant units and the business regarding STRs, compliance reviews, investigations, as well as other Ad Hoc projects;
∎ Assist in formulation and review of processes, policies, and review forms;
∎ Providing AML/CFT Training and Transaction Monitoring Advisory to Distribution Network and other relevant stakeholders;
∎ Assist in collecting and record preservation of STR from CTR Monitoring from Distribution Network.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage;
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
