Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run business execution tools regularly to ensure smooth business operation;
∎ Lead and assist in implementing various projects of supplier and distributor finance business;
∎ Ensure continuous engagement with customers to confirm fund utilization;
∎ Regularly review forecast to actual performance, identify reasons behind the unsatisfactory performance, and look for corrective measures in collaboration with Business Heads;
∎ Assist Field Sales Teams in setting, revising, and confirming business targets;
∎ Anchor Management;
∎ Manage MIS, create and maintain a business database;
∎ Analyze transaction patterns of customers and ideate to-dos to magnify fund utilization;
∎ Prepare presentations on strategy formulation and business analysis;
∎ Track timely repayment and actively participate in recovery with cross-functional teams;
∎ Work on cross-divisional assignments derived from management's agenda;
∎ Collaborate with the business solution department for process automation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of banking experience with both corporate credit/ business and Treasury will be preferred;
∎ Strong knowledge of market practices with in depth understanding of financial markets, financial analysis of Banks and FIs, analytical skills to assess associated risks (counter party credit risks, settlement risks, interest rate risks etc.) and mitigating tools while protecting the interest of the bank, depositors and investors;
∎ Good understanding of FX and MM requirement of treasury business, Risk Grading of Counter party(s), setting exposure limit in line with the bank's appetite;
∎ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work well in a small and dynamic team;
∎ Proactive and sound knowledge on contemporary business issues and economic aspects;
∎ Proficient in the suit of MS Office products and credit risk tools;
∎ Must be able to complete assignments in a timely and effective manner.
