Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from a reputed and UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record; candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or any other equivalent/relevant field is preferred;
∎ Certification in CISA, ISMS, CEH, CHFI, ITIL / Service Management, Project Management, CISM, CISSP, etc.;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implementation of information security process;
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for security assessment, audit, review, and reporting;
∎ Coordinate and monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures;
∎ Support the response to information security incidents;
∎ Monitor systems to ensure appropriate information access levels and maintain security clearance;
∎ Perform information security risk analysis and periodic information system activity reviews for information security processes e.g. vulnerability assessment/penetration testing;
∎ Support the development of the organization's disaster recovery and business continuity plans for information systems and test environment readiness;
∎ Support the activities to foster information security awareness within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year of work experience in Information Security as primary responsibility or minimum 03 years of Information Systems experience with infrastructure as a primary responsibility and strong network/infrastructure security focus as a secondary job duty required (Banking environment preferred);
∎ Experience in implementing security solutions and controls based on standards (ISMS/COBIT/ISO);
∎ Solid knowledge in Information Security, Networking and Firewalling, DC/DR solution, and System Administration related;
∎ Ability to understand and translate pre-established policy, standards, and compliance regulations and produce tactical, operational procedures;
∎ Ability to understand and apply assessment components to security controls that measure performance, reliability, and compliance;
∎ The candidate must be familiar with security principles and concepts;
∎ Be a customer-centric, self-propelled team player and capable of meeting deadlines.
