Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tracking & studying card members spending patterns & behaviors in various segments of the industry in order to understand customers' needs and desires and find out marketing insights
∎ Develop new product/features based on the market research/demand
∎ Manage product development process through close teamwork with other stake holders
∎ Coordinate and manage training sessions with seals team, Customer Service teams on product knowledge
∎ Monitor and analyze outcome through advanced data analysis
∎ Track and analyze Card Members Spending and Outstanding
∎ Design and execute campaigns to optimize Spending and Outstanding based on analysis
∎ Track Cards PNL
∎ Take different Portfolio initiatives to drive business
∎ Gather market information regarding existing propositions and initiatives of the competitors
∎ Analyze existing business models and modify if needed
∎ Compare and analyze products/features against competitor products
∎ Analyze customer behavior to come up with new avenues of business
∎ Coordinate with merchants and launch seasonal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Package and advanced Excel
∎ Minimum 4 year’s work experience in relevant field
