∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for a number-driven, digitally savvy, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following mid-level leadership position in its Technology Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and document test plans, test cases, and scripts for developed software products involving both back-end processing systems and front-end Web-based GUIs for the financial industry.
∎ Prepare data as required for large-volume data validation;
∎ Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and resiliency tests for multiple applications / subsystems;
∎ Establish and track quality assurance metrics;
∎ Utilize open-source or commercial test tools;
∎ Perform the automation of regression test cases;
∎ Hands-on experience using automated testing tools;
∎ Experience with software engineering standards, metrics, and QA principles;
∎ Experience in Agile and Waterfall testing;
∎ Ensure quality of quarterly software releases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance; Experience in the Financial industry is preferable;
∎ Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test procedures;
∎ Experience testing Unix/Linux-based applications;
∎ Experience using testing tools for UI and performance testing;
∎ Experience using JIRA;
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;
∎ Able to work under pressure, problem solving & team playing attitude;
∎ Cando attitude is proactive and passionate;
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill;
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity;
∎ Able to drive delivery and remove road blockers;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and a team player.
