∎ Masters/Bachelor's degree in CS/CSE/ECE/ETE or equivalent subjects from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and manage Windows and Intel-based server infrastructure
∎ Manage Deployment of OS and software systems in different systems according to business requirement and timeline
∎ Manage, maintain and administer Active Directory, Email Platform, SCCM, SharePoint platforms and services according to organizational need
∎ Actively participate in performance monitoring, capacity planning and hardware and Operating System incident and problem analysis and troubleshooting
∎ Ensure performance and high availability for major applications and services to minimize downtime and continuous support for hardware and Operating System
∎ Ensure detail plan of action and guideline on in house application system management for
∎ Ensure Operational Excellence on critical system support
∎ Documentation and Reporting according to ISO Service requirements
∎ Capable for Deployment and implementation of enterprise project per schedule
∎ Coordination with internal and external departments, stakeholders and partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of work experience in relevant field in reputed organizations and similar technology operation
∎ Microsoft certification for Windows Infrastructure is preferred
∎ Proactive, passionate and go-getter attitude
∎ Extrovert with good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
