∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire new real estate development partners for the bank;
∎ Manage relationships with developers to ensure constant referrals of home loans;
∎ Design and execute joint home loan campaigns with the developers to achieve set goals/targets by the management;
∎ Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations;
∎ Coordinate with internal departments, e. g. initiating training for front line staff and providing feedback to their queries;
∎ Manage promotional collaterals in alliance with Marketing, Communication, and Customer Experience team;
∎ Ensure proper branding and symmetry of information in all customer touchpoints;
∎ Be well-informed about the bank's home loan proposition as well as market practices;
∎ Ensure that both internal & external compliance requirements, as well as regulatory guidelines, are met.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of work experience; (experience in Sales/ Relationship Management roles will get priority)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, candidates, and hiring divisions and departments;
∎ Ability to work under stress and adapt to changes;
∎ Passion for exceeding stakeholders expectations at all times;
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter;
∎ Works well in a team environment and independently and adjusts to changing priorities;
∎ Critical and strategic thinker, negotiator, and consensus builder;
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills;
∎ Expert in customer-centricity.
