Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquisition of various development projects related to the agricultural economy that will be impactful for the bank;
∎ Market research for new agriculture startups, agriculture product and services;
∎ Act as a project manager of various agricultural projects of the bank;
∎ Product innovation, development and implementation regarding agricultural finance;
∎ Maintain good relationships with development partners like USAID, UKAID, Swisscontact, etc;
∎ Capable of preparing regulatory reporting and other project related MIS;
∎ Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or management of the bank;
∎ Preparing presentation and evaluation of projects through technical knowledge;
∎ Focusing on the bank's vision and complying with guidelines;
∎ Prompt to interact with project stakeholders for the succession of project completion;
∎ Good knowledge of policies and programs of the bank and regulators;
∎ Unspecified activities leading to financial inclusion through agricultural and associated services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field;
∎ Outspoken and outgoing;
∎ Interpersonal and communication skills are required for good relationship management with foreign donor agencies;
∎ Capacity to communicate with internal and external stakeholders (outside authorities, development partners and regulators, etc.);
∎ The capability of working in collaboration with his/her peer group to achieve overall business goals;
∎ Capacity to coordinate with project-related internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Should be capable of proper time management for meeting deadlines;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
