Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Indepth knowledge about retail and corporate account opening documentation and process
∎ Have thorough knowledge on policies, procedures and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering
∎ Regulatory knowledge about customer KYC for both retail and corporate
∎ Have thorough understanding about regulatory circulars related to customer documentation requirement for Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence point of view
∎ Assessing and identifying operational risks related to account opening
∎ Conduct documentation due diligence/compliance review, escalate where necessary
∎ Take ownership, monitor and ensure TAT and SLA between branches and central operation
∎ Should have 360-degree understanding about processes and ability to run projects
∎ Should have sound technological skills to automate the process continuously
∎ Ensure appropriate risk grading of customer
∎ Ensure quality checking of customer information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in a Bank or Financial Institution preferably in KYC & CDD Team.
∎ Knowledge about documentation requirement of corporate and retail account opening and maintenance.
∎ Should be ready to move around regional offices and across branches for training purpose.
∎ Computer literacy and skilled in preparing presentations.
∎ Good verbal and written language skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical and decision-making skills.
