∎ Masters/Bachelors degree in relevant subject from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure High-Efficiency Windows, Intel-based server infrastructure management to ensure high availability services to the customers;
∎ Deploy systems with respect to business requirements;
∎ Active Directory, Email Platform, SCCM, SharePoint administration and advance support;
∎ Dedicated engagement for BACH, SWIFT, CALL CENTER, Hyper-V system-level support services;
∎ Performance monitoring, capacity planning and H/W and OS fault to ensure immediate support and vendor escalation;
∎ Ensure performance and high availability for major applications and services to minimize downtime and continuous support for H/W and Operating System;
∎ Ensure detailed plan of action and guidance on in house application hosting for smooth service;
∎ Ensure Operational Excellence on critical system support;
∎ Documentation & Reporting as per ISO Service requirements;
∎ Capable for Deployment & implementation of enterprise project per schedule;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-8 years of work experience in relevant field;
∎ Microsoft certification for Windows Infrastructure will be an added advantage;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player and capability to meet deadlines.
