∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree in CSE/CSC/EEE from any reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring day to day operation of Internet Banking.
∎ Coordinating Technical Implementation of new features of Internet Banking.
∎ Responsible for UAT of any new features Implemented in Internet Banking.
∎ Responsible for finding and communicate with Technology division for any bug fixing of existing features of Internet Banking.
∎ Research and analysis on new technologies that can be implemented on Internet Banking for better customer experience.
∎ Responsible for communicating with partners for Internet Banking related operational issues.
∎ Handling Customer Query regarding Internet Banking
∎ Create and maintain strong working relationships with multiple business teams, technology teams and key vendors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-10 years of work experience in relevant field.
∎ Attention to detail is a must.
∎ Understanding of Debit, Credit, Prepaid Cards, Loans & Deposit product dynamics under Retail & SME banking will be a plus.
∎ Proactive, passionate and with a can do attitude.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
