Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing relevant activities to develop relationship with different developers.
∎ Time to time onboarding of new developer(s) and updating it and create new business opportunities from this developer(s).
∎ Arranging TPA signing from developer(s) and deliver the developer's payment.
∎ Managing the existing and new TPA issues with the developer(s) and customer(s).
∎ Collecting original SRO and CTC from developer(s)/customer(s) and complete the securitization process through execution of registered mortgage and IGPoA of TPA files.
∎ Monitoring of mutation execution process by external/3rd party vendor(s).
∎ Ensuring support for mortgage creation of new files on daily basis.
∎ Identifying problematic developer(s) and customer(s) & resolve the issue(s).
∎ Sending reminder letters to both developer(s)/customer(s) for registration and securitization completions.
∎ Gathering information from the market on a regular basis.
∎ Presenting recommendations for strategy improvements and provide strong justifying evidence to defend them.
∎ Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with multiple business teams, asset operations teams and other vendors.
∎ Producing a range of dashboards, reports and presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field.
∎ Good analytical ability.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Proactive, passionate and with a can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
