Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from a reputed and UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record; candidates with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, EEE, or any other equivalent/relevant field will get priority;

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data extraction from CBS and other platforms for analysis;
∎ Analysis of Data to assist audit teams in their testing;
∎ Assist in the development and upgrade of the risk and control matrix;
∎ Assist in preparing the annual health report and control efficiency statement;
∎ Assist different stakeholders with analytical inputs based on the published audit reports;
∎ Perform preliminary analysis of input data;
∎ Record meeting minutes and share the draft with Senior Management;
∎ Prepare audit committee meeting documents and presentations, and coordinate other audit committee requirements;
∎ Assist the distribution audit unit in remote audits;
∎ Assist audit units with various analytical inputs for audit;
∎ Assist the Head of Audit /CAE in his/her continuous professional development and quality assurance agenda;
∎ Coordinate annual auditor's report preparation;
∎ Assist the audit team in compiling various explanations and inputs for external and internal requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with experience in information management will also get preference;
∎ We expect at least 3-4 years of experience, but not mandatory;
∎ Strong command over Microsoft Office and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers;
∎ Ability to work in a team;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
