Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering/EEE /Telecommunication from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Card related systems, Payment Gateway and Merchant Acquiring Solutions;
∎ Work on different projects related to Alternate Delivery Channels, Cards & Electronic banking;
∎ Investigate issues and provide Level 1 & 2 support;
∎ Test vendor-provided update and patch and deploy in production;
∎ Implement payment scheme provided mandate like VISA, Master Card, JCB mandates;
∎ Plan and prioritize the production schedule of any issues to ensure on-time delivery;
∎ Implement and comply with central bank's, PCI-DSS and regulatory guidelines;
∎ SQL scriptwriting to fetch data from the database as per business requirement;
∎ Vendor Relationship and ensure AMC/ SLA/ Billing related to applications;
∎ Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or management of the bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 years of experience in working with Card/ADC/Electronic Banking related systems;
∎ Basic knowledge about Payment Gateway and Merchant Acquiring platform;
∎ Knowledge about QR Code, NFC, Mobile wallet and POS technology;
∎ Clear Concept of payment system domain including VISA/MC/JCB/NPSB operations;
∎ Basic Knowledge on Oracle Database Management System and Unix platform;
∎ Knowledge about PCI-DSS and Cyber Security;
∎ Willing to provide support 24/7 on a requirement basis;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong communication skills (both oral and written);
∎ Critical thinking, skeptical judgment and proactive decision making;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player and capability to meet deadlines.
