Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a compliance framework within the Bank and development of a comprehensive compliance repository capturing, inter-alia, the regulatory extracts, policies and procedures for effective compliance, compliance Experienced in any Internet Banking platform is preferable;
∎ Analyze the Market needs to Implement New features on Internet Banking as well as Alternate Banking Channel;
∎ Perform the User Acceptance test for any upcoming new features on Internet Banking;
∎ Provide training regarding the features of Internet Banking;
∎ Handle customer query for both internal and external customers regarding Internet Banking;
∎ Process several bills for different vendors related to Internet Banking;
∎ Co-ordinate between technology, operations and customer for any transactional dispute or customer service;
∎ Monitor day to day internet banking transactions and customer queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2 to 4 year(s) of work experience;
∎ Knowledge of UI/UX of Mobile and Web Applications will be an added advantage;
∎ Good command over Microsoft Office and conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
∎ Experience in service vendor management will add value;
∎ Ability to work in a team and capability to meet deadlines;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, results-oriented and self-propelled.
