Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering or similar discipline from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network Security Device (Firewall, IPS) Operation for Data Center/DR;
∎ Operation and maintenance of Proxy, DNS, TACACS, VPN OTP/2FA systems;
∎ Operation and maintenance of Site to Site and Remote Access VPN;
∎ Maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting of BGP, OSPF and EIGRP based core network infrastructure;
∎ Switch and router configuration as needed including VLAN, Inter-VLAN routing, ACL, prefix lists, policy-maps, route optimization, filtering, policy-based routing;
∎ Install and configuring network devices, including routers, modems, hubs, switches, wireless AP's, and WLAN controllers for Backbone, Branches & ATMs;
∎ Participate & solve network-related issues like network reachability, LAN connectivity reported by BBL users;
∎ Configure and maintain the logical security posture of the network infrastructure that includes hardening of networking protocols, traffic flow and devices;
∎ Design and Integrate partner connectivity with the Core network infrastructure;
∎ Analyzing operational requirements and providing a technical solution for operational support by checking network feasibility;
∎ Keep track of the locations and status of equipment, monitoring equipment and liaising with vendors in case of any performance issue or obligation;
∎ Technical writing like preparing SOP, documenting changes, preparing and updating network diagrams;
∎ Sincerely follow the functional procedure of internal as well as Bangladesh Bank & ISO standard;
∎ Prepare Different operational reports and track;
∎ OEM and Vendor Coordination;
∎ Escalate and interpret complex problems to higher-level staff or vendors;
∎ Ensure 100% device backup of multi-vendor products;
∎ Prepare different operational reports and track;
∎ Well-acquainted with advanced technologies like SDN, SD-WAN.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing passive and active network;
∎ Certifications in the relevant area are preferred;
∎ Network and Security device administration, Troubleshooting and System administration skill/experience is preferred (Linux, Scripting, Automation);
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player and capability to meet deadlines.
