Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers/visitors & directing them to the appropriate department, maintain calendars for appointments receive and dispatch mail/boxes to the relevant departments;
∎ Act as a liaison between Bangladesh Finance and its customers/visitors, provide product/services information and answer customer queries over the phone, email, social media or face-to-face;
∎ Provide best in class service to customers and internal stakeholders with focus on consistent delivery of positive customer experience;
∎ Resolve emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency determine root cause of the problem and offer best solution;
∎ Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges;
∎ Reach out to customers through technology or in person, communicating to them about the company’s products/services, and verifying information regarding their accounts;
∎ Proactively seek feedback and be involved in process of streamlining to improve operational efficiency and provide superior customer service;
