Job Context:
∎ Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd is a high quality Denim Garments manufacture in Comilla - EPZ. It is vertical setup of denim garment manufacturing company with Embroidery, Printing Laundry & ETP. We are certified for GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard)/OCS (Organic Content Standard)/LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)/BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)/SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit).
∎ Location: Comilla Export Processing Zone
∎ Reporting Authority: GM
∎ Work Hours : 8-hour work shift, 8:00 am-5:00 pm and as per company policy
∎ Saturday to Thursdays
∎ Minimal amount of being "on-call"
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have capability to lead a good quality team independently to ensure the acceptable quality of denim garments as per the requirement of renowned BUYERS and capability to find the root cause for quality issues and action plan to minimize the issues.
∎ Formulate the Standards-of-Procedures (SOPs) of the quality team for the most effective execution of quality and inspection activities.
∎ Establish Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
∎ Lead the team and ensuring accountability to the top management.
∎ Ensure Quality of both wet and dry processes.
∎ Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
∎ Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department.
∎ To handle the Technical audit.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Washing & Garment dyeing.
∎ To ensure in process quality control & checking.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
