Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must be good at verbal & Witten communication in English
∎ Minimum 8 years’ experience in export documentation
∎ Must be good at Excel & MS word
∎ Experience needs to have to deal with buyers like-Next, Tesco, H&M, M&S, Carters, Baby shop, Max, Sainsbury, Target, K-mart
∎ Sound Knowledge about C&F, Port, Customs operation & Incoterms
∎ Honest
∎ Must be good at verbal & Witten communication in English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare Export Documentation as like as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Forwarding, Bill of Exchange ,Beneficiary Certificate etc
∎ To Place booking to forwarder (Maersk Line/MGH/K&N/APL/EFL/etc) for air & sea shipment, follow up to ensure timely booking confirmation ,check draft BL, FCR & HAWB, confirm for release OBL/ HBL/ HWAB  .
∎ Follow up with Production ,store, merchandising dept., transport dept. to ensure on time shipment
∎ Follow up with C&F & customs to handover the goods timely.
∎ Follow-up to ensure timely EXP duplicating
∎ Follow up with buyer to receive export proceed on time.
∎ Follow up with buyer to ensure on time bank document submission & payment realization.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ Sound knowledge about HS Code & UCP600
∎ Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting
∎ Any other task assigned by Managements
