Should be Post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Business Administration / Business Studies / Economics with high academic achievement.
Candidates must have experiences of at least 10 years in the areas of Credit Appraisal/ CRM preferably in Home Loan with any reputed Bank/Financial Institution.
Must have working knowledge in credit documentation & proposal, implementation of CRM guidelines, CRG techniques, project evaluation, accounting & financial reports including a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Must have proven ability to make sound and risk-based decisions regarding credit approval.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing the real estate & property transfer act and financial sectors in Bangladesh.
Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good command over written English.

We are now seeking a dynamic, dedicated and experienced Credit Approver to join at our Credit team for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze home loan applications including financial statements, credit reports, and other supporting documentation.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants, assessing their abilities to repay the loan based on income, debt, and credit history.
Approve / decline loan files as per approving limits and also refer larger loan files to the higher authority based on established credit policies and risk parameters.
Ensure all loan approvals are in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
