Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department and ensure production target every hour of a day.
∎ To monitor and control all production processes in the sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ Work on root Couse analysis in case of less production against daily target production target.
∎ Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production each day.
∎ Monitoring closely for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in Social Compliance and Technical Audits.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
