- Freshers are encouraged to apply but few working experience in direct sales of financial products will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude and pro-active.
- Candidates must be physically fit & energetic and strong willingness for traveling/visits to different places/ clients.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visits to individual and corporate customers to sell the Company`s financial products.
Achieve individual sales targets, promote Company`s financial products, maintain strong relationship with customers and ensure excellent customer services.
The job involves in sales functions and its functional Designation will be Assistant Product Marketing Officer. Employment is initially on contractual basis under the Company`s HR contract or Third Party contract which is extendable from time to time.
Subsequently, any contractual employee`s job may be regularized depending purely on individual performance and Company`s scope.
Job Other Benifits:
Festival Bonuses as per Company policy.
Performance based monthly Commission (variable pay).
Candidates exceptionally found good may be considered for higher position or even in regular employment depending on individual`s relevant experience.
