Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in civil Engineering from any recognize University/Polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess emergency situations and working closely with local community.
∎ Prepare and share information of inter-sectorial emergency preparedness and response activities.
∎ Supervise and/or support data collection activities in the field while respecting ethical and methodological standards. If necessary, helps enter monitoring data provided by project teams using the appropriate tools.
∎ Coordinate and support the work of Project Officer.
∎ Register maintenance in the site, labor engagement, list preparations, and effective communication with the local community being a part of implementing team.
∎ Support in overseeing that the technical/other project participants implement the project in accordance with the set working plan.
∎ Develop cash distribution plan and organize cash disbursement to implement mitigation and awareness raising activities.
∎ Conduct small scale risk mitigation activities within the camp and host community as needed.
∎ Organizing induction, support and awareness session for community people.
∎ Liaising with other sectors, ward member, Chairman, PIO, UNO and govt. bodies in Host Community.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key
∎ source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
