∎ Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in the relevant field including Child Rights, Child Rights monitoring and reporting, Child led Advocacy, Children and Youth engagement.
∎ Basic knowledge in child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to organize workshops/trainings/meetings.
∎ Elementary knowledge about reporting.
∎ Clear understanding of MEAL activity.
∎ Capacity of developing training module.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, knowledge like SPSS or similar will be an advantage
