Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning.
∎ Monitoring and controlling all production processes.
∎ Following up on overall production.
∎ Achieving production target.
∎ Maintaining & controlling the daily operations.
∎ Managing and controlling all production staff and getting their best output.
∎ Ensuring quality of products.
∎ Ensuring the safety of the workers.
∎ Coordinating with factory Supply Chain to keep track of Raw Materials and Sales orders.
∎ Maintaining Daily Work reports.
∎ Maintaining factory compliance and keeping the factory ready for any visit.
∎ Doing other work assigned by Superior.
∎ Reporting to the Production Manager.
∎ Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
∎ Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
∎ Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
∎ Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
∎ Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
