Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Lead Sewing and Finishing Production for sophisticated Sports knitwear production of world's top ranked customers.
∎ To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
∎ To establish and maintains quality standard and standard operating procedures
∎ Manage production and achieve company goals as per established budget in term of profit margin & efficiency
