• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Assistant Production Manager (APM) in a BSCIC industrial area.

• Communication skills:

• Clear verbal and written communication in English for smooth workflow.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Should have sound health and strength.

• Candidate should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative, & self-motivated.

• Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills

• Sound knowledge in knit garments sewing machine

• Can operate sewing machine by his own

• Influencing leadership capability

• Ability for good team work

• Ability to work under pressure

Location: Plot No – B- 466, 511-513, BSCIC I/A , Enayetnagar, Fatullah, Naryanganj-1420

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.

• Balance manpower and machinery effectively to eliminate bottlenecks and idle time.

• Ensure sewing operations comply with approved quality standards.

• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production and extra hour work.

• Understand technical file, pp comments & implementation in working place

• Communicate and follow up with merchandising, planning, IE, store, cutting, sewing, finishing and and packing

• Improve workflow, line layout, and process efficiency when required.

• Motivate and guide workers to maintain required productivity and efficiency.

• Control and monitor absenteeism and line discipline to ensure smooth production flow.

• Work closely with the QC team to reduce defects and improve quality performance.

• Coordinate with the Engineering Department to resolve machine breakdowns and technical issues.

• Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section

• Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers

• Ensure production capacity, quality,

• Set the sewing layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency

• As per company policy.
