Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Production Engineering from a Reputed Institute or University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Production Manager and department head to ensure a positive working relationship and maximum production outcomes.
∎ Maintaining & controlling the daily operations in specific arena of the plant (i.e. Induction Furnace, LRF, CCM etc.).
∎ Evaluate and provide timely corrective measures in the concentration area to maximize operating efficiency.
∎ Maintain a quality system & ensure high quality products are produced with a goal of zero quality defects.
∎ Monitor raw material & finished goods inventories to ensure on-time deliveries to meet goal and inventory accuracy are intact as per guideline (SOP).
∎ Liaison with functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
∎ Maintain operations equipment with preventative and predictive structures in place.
∎ To take pro-active initiative to increase production by cost efficiently, reducing utility consumption.
∎ Responsible for strategic and operational interactions with Scarp Management Team, Department In charge, Supply Chain Management, Power Division and other cross functional section or stakeholders.
∎ To supervise and monitor the performance of production personnel to get optimum output at the end of the day.
∎ To make plan to decrease melting time and increase heat size by synchronizing with CCM casting sequence.
∎ To take remedial action on housekeeping, cleaning and safety hazards.
∎ To analyze daily & month wise consumption data, calculating yield to minimize system loss.
∎ To build leadership quality among the officers to be self-driven.
∎ Maintained quality report of raw materials as regular basis.
∎ Analyze breakdown and take steps accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Operation & Maintenance in melting plant, Steel Industries.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skill.
