• Ceramics & Auto Bricks

• Fancy Block Items, Pavers, Cladding Tiles & Roof Tiles Items.

• Pigment & Parking Tiles, Concrete Block Items.

• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity. Develop sales strategies that ensure sales target and profitability.

• Formulating personal sales plan in line with sales target.

• Develop and analyze market intelligences for potential Building Materials customers.

• Identify key customers and extend personalized service.

• Prepare action plan for Team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales, prospects and market penetration.

• Identify, establish and manage relationship across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals.

• Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

• Monitoring queries from clients and render a convincing service. Report to Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly performance.
