Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity. Develop sales strategies that ensure sales target and profitability.
Formulating personal sales plan in line with sales target.
Develop and analyze market intelligences for potential Building Materials customers.
Identify key customers and extend personalized service.
Prepare action plan for Team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales, prospects and market penetration.
Identify, establish and manage relationship across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals.
Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Monitoring queries from clients and render a convincing service. Report to Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly performance.
