Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Develop sales strategies that ensure sales target and profitability.
∎ Formulating personal sales plan in line with sales target.
∎ Develop and analyze market intelligences for potential Building Materials customers.
∎ Identify key customers and extend personalized service.
∎ Prepare action plan for Team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales, prospects and market penetration.
∎ Identify, establish and manage relationship across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals.
∎ Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Monitoring queries from clients and render a convincing service.
∎ Report to Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly performance.
∎ We are looking for dynamic and energetic professionals with sales & marketing knowledge and understanding and very high attention to detail to join our Marketing Department.
