Solid Analytical Ability, Good Presentation and Convincing Skill.
Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.
Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision-Making Capability.
Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assisted walk-in customers in the showroom, providing product guidance and driving sales.
Identify and target new B2B clients in sectors like corporate offices, developers, hotels, and restaurants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers and business owners.
Network with architects and interior designers to get products specified in new projects.
Conduct site visits to understand the client`s physical space and functional needs.
Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with them.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and bulk discounts to close high-value contracts.
Candidates must understand the Client`s needs and identify the scope for Sales opportunities.
Monitor delivery schedules and fittings issues.
