• Age 22 to 28 years

• Process and invoice sales orders (manual/online) with high accuracy
• Verify pricing, discounts, product specifications, and colors in the system
• Create error-free sales orders using ERP/CRM
• Confirm orders with dealers before processing
• Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication with dealers
• Monitor dealer credit status, including over-credit situations
• Handle system blocking cases and coordinate for approval
• Prepare monthly sales reports and presentations
• Record and follow up on Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
• Collect and coordinate documents for new dealer creation
• Communicate company policies (credit terms, discounts, payments) to dealers
• Verify and submit dealer documents for approval
• Support sales documentation for assigned regions
• Identify sales gaps and assist Sales Executives with required support
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and approvals
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities
• Maintain positive attitude and strong coordination with all stakeholders
