Experience:
Master’s and Bachelor’s in any relevant discipline
Prior working experience in DOC, Feed and animal health product sales operation will be preferred.
Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.
Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in dealing with dealers, agents, etc.
Have good communication, selling, negotiation, and persuasive skills
Achieve assigned sales targets for DOC (Day-Old Chicks) and feed within deadlines through effective territory management and proactive sales planning.
Drive sustainable sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers across the assigned region.
Expand market coverage by identifying new business opportunities and increasing dealer network and distribution reach.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts based on territory demand and coordinate with hatcheries and feed mills to ensure timely product availability.
Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure repeat business, and effectively resolve customer complaints to improve service quality and satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports including performance analysis, forecasts, and competitor insights within specified deadlines.
Monitor territory performance regularly and take corrective actions to ensure achievement of sales and business targets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and value addition, and implement initiatives with management approval.
Lead, supervise, and guide a team of Territory Sales Officers to achieve assigned targets and ensure effective field execution.
Organize training and development initiatives to enhance team capability, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
Implement job rotation and team engagement practices to improve productivity and overall team efficiency.
