Our flagship products, CloudlyNet, CloudlyCare, CloudlyPulse, and CloudlyMELT, are deployed with global partners including AWS, Google, and NVIDIA. We are hiring a Head of Digital Marketing to own and drive the full digital presence of CloudlyIO, from brand building and social media to lead generation and campaign execution across our AI/ML portfolio. This is a senior leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution capability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Market Ownership
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with CloudlyIO's AI/ML product roadmap and revenue targets
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research across AI/ML, telecom, healthcare AI, and industrial automation sectors
Define and own market positioning for all four AI products: CloudlyNet, CloudlyCare, CloudlyPulse, and CloudlyMELT
Lead go-to-market strategy for new AI/ML product launches and feature rollouts
Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ROI tracking for all marketing activities
Social Media Marketing and Brand Building
Take complete ownership of all social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, GitHub, and technical forums
Develop and execute content strategies that establish CloudlyIO as a thought leader in practical enterprise AI
Plan and manage daily content calendars; create original posts and oversee community engagement
Grow follower base and engagement metrics across all platforms
Produce video content, demos, and visual assets for social distribution
Lead Generation and Demand Creation
Own and consistently exceed lead generation targets across all AI/ML solution verticals
Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting telecom operators, healthcare organizations, and industrial enterprises
Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key enterprise accounts
Develop partner co-marketing programs with AWS, Google, NVIDIA, and other strategic alliances
Manage webinar programs, virtual events, and digital conferences to generate qualified pipeline
Content Marketing and Thought Leadership
Create compelling content including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and technical documentation that translates complex AI/ML concepts for both technical and business audiences
Build industry-specific content for communication, healthcare, and industrial sectors
Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure content is technically accurate and authentic
Digital Channel and Performance Management
Oversee multi-channel campaigns covering SEO/SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation
Drive website optimization and conversion rate improvement for ai.cloudly.io
Implement data-driven testing and optimization strategies; conduct A/B and multivariate experiments
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels
Track and report on pipeline contribution, marketing-sourced revenue, and campaign performance
Team and Vendor Management
Build, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team as the company scales
Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships
Foster a performance-driven culture of accountability and continuous improvement
