∎ 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or strategic leadership, ideally within the software or technology sector. Proven track record of successfully managing long-term, value-based partnerships and driving business growth.
∎ Strong understanding of the high-tech industry, including market trends and competitive dynamics.
∎ Demonstrated ability to design and lead co-sales and co-marketing activities that drive measurable results.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that drive growth, market expansion, and align with the company's goals.
∎ Create and own go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products and services, ensuring execution aligns with company objectives.
∎ Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including emerging technologies, industries, and geographical regions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
∎ Design and lead co-sales and co-marketing initiatives with partners. Drive joint activities through various market segments and channels, establishing metrics-driven KPIs to measure success and impact.
∎ Serve as the main liaison between Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Engineering teams. Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure mutually beneficial deals. Collaborate with Cloudly’s teams to support effective partner-related sales and marketing efforts.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Analyze customer needs and competitive dynamics to refine product offerings and strategies, adapting approaches as necessary to seize opportunities.
∎ Develop and manage the business unit’s budget. Monitor financial performance, adjust strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets, and provide regular updates to executive leadership on key performance indicators and forecasts.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the business development and sales teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strong client retention rates.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Oversee the delivery of value-added services and manage escalations to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
