Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Tele Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls, visiting potential clients, gathering their requirements, and assisting our Sales Manager in various tasks to drive AWS sales.
This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, a technical understanding of AWS solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Office Hour
Sunday to Thursday 9 AM to 5.30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce AWS solutions and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through detailed needs analysis and requirement gathering.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to ensure a continuous sales pipeline.
- Visit potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Gather detailed requirements and communicate them effectively to the Sales Manager and technical team.
- Demonstrate AWS solutions and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results using CRM software.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of AWS services.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, technical team, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client engagement.
