Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take charge of maintaining networking infrastructure, hardware components, and software systems.
∎ Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications as necessary.
∎ Provide technical support to all users, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
∎ Address user queries and issues related to networking, internet connectivity, and various ICT devices promptly and efficiently.
∎ Monitor network usage and implement user permissions and passwords to ensure data security.
∎ Keep workstations and servers updated with the latest Windows patches and updates.
∎ Participate in managing network security solutions to safeguard company data.
∎ Provide training and guidance to users with varying levels of IT proficiency.
∎ Ensure end-users are proficient in IT systems and maintain an up-to-date IT inventory.
∎ Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, scanners, and other ICT gadgets.
∎ Replace hardware components as needed to maintain optimal performance.
∎ Ensure smooth operation and usage of ERP software across relevant departments.
∎ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to integrate IT systems with ERP solutions effectively.
∎ Deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and other networking hardware.
∎ Participate in managing and optimizing network infrastructure to meet business requirements.
∎ Prioritize company interests and security in all IT activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
