Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Social Science/ Education/ Development Studies or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in education related project, preferably in implementation of education program/project in Urban Slum set-up specially government's project.
∎ Clear understanding and competency on people centric program implementation.
∎ Skill in report writing, analyzing data and participation.
∎ Ability to ensure running of NFE education centres.
∎ Organize and facilitate refreshers training for the teachers and supervisors on Skill Development Training
∎ Ability to liaison with NGOs, project and government offices for effective program monitoring, evaluation, and research for enhancing quality of the project.
