Additional Requirements:
∎ 02 years of working experience in administration management, ideally as a part of support services function for a nonprofit organization, preferably in emergency/ humanitarian response
∎ Basic knowledge and good understanding on general nonprofit and organization specific norms, values, and attributes (e.g., child safeguarding, PSEA, gender and inclusion, child focused service delivery principles and practices)
∎ Demonstrated knowledge and capacity of scheduling, organizing as well as ensuring proper logistic support for training sessions
∎ Good command on MS Excel; familiarity with ERP (Oracle) or other DBMS operations
∎ Good oral & written communication skills to collaborate in an across-cultural set up
∎ People-centric and service-delivery focused mindset, enthusiasm for learning and contribution, and a proactive approach in problem solving
∎ Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high security risks and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner
