Job Context:
∎ The Merchandiser Expert in Knit Garments and Strong negotiation, presentation to achieve pre-defined target, communication, Leadership & analytical skill.
∎ Handling Local top buyers like YELLOW, Gentle Park, Sara, Grameen UNIQLO,Twelve etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up order independently from development to shipment with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and be able to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for: raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.
∎ To ensure on time shipment as per buyer's quality standard.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for all aspects of marketing and merchandising activities including marketing, sourcing, price quoting, negotiating, collecting orders, shipment etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in garments or textile industries.
∎ Candidates from Gazipur, Uttara are highly encourage to apply.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Accounts, Computer skill, Local Brand Manufacturing.

∎ Negotiable
∎ Depends on Experience and qualification.
