Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in order follow-up from confirmation to shipment under the supervision of senior merchandisers.
Coordinate with production, sampling, and quality teams to ensure timely execution.
Maintain regular updates on order status and support buyer communication as instructed.
Follow up with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
Assist in sample development, approvals, and documentation.
Support quality inspections and report issues to senior team members.
Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports.
